Step-by-Step Easy Holiday Monster Tutorial
Start by drawing a large U-shape for the bottom half of the monster’s face.

Draw a fluffy, zig-zag line straight across the top of the U-shape to close off his furry head.

Draw a floppy Santa hat sitting right on top of his head. Don’t forget the furry brim and the round pom-pom at the end!

Draw two thick, angled eyebrows pointing downwards toward the middle. This is what makes him look so grumpy!

Draw two small oval eyes peeking out from right underneath the thick eyebrows.

Draw a small button nose, and a long, wavy line for a grumpy, frowning mouth.

Draw a collar made of fuzzy zig-zag lines wrapping underneath the monster’s chin.

Draw the shoulders curving smoothly downwards from underneath the fuzzy collar.

Color his fur green and his hat and collar a festive red! A perfectly clean drawing!

Grumpy Eyebrows: The steep downward angle of the eyebrows is what sells the grumpy expression — don’t be afraid to make them extra dramatic!
Fuzzy Texture: Keep the zig-zag lines on the head and collar small and bumpy for a soft, furry look.
