Step-by-Step Easy Giraffe Tutorial
Start by drawing light gray crosshairs. Then, draw an oval shape for the snout and a rounded top for the head.

Draw two long, sweeping curved lines going down from the head to create the giraffe’s famous long neck.

Draw two big eyes with eyelashes, little nostrils, two ears sticking out the sides, and two round horns on top!

At the base of the neck, draw a large oval shape to create the giraffe’s main body.

Draw a jagged, spiky mane running down the back of the neck, and a cute tail with a tuft on the back.

Draw four long, sturdy legs extending down from the body, ending with flat hooves at the bottom.

Draw spots of all different sizes covering the neck and the body. Don’t forget a tuft of hair between the horns!

Go over all your lines to make them nice and bold, cleaning up any messy parts of the drawing.

Color the giraffe a bright, sunny yellow, and fill in all the spots, hooves, and mane with a warm brown color.

Neck Length: Don’t be afraid to make the neck really long — that’s what makes a giraffe a giraffe!
Spot Variety: Make spots of different sizes and shapes for a more natural, realistic look.
