Step-by-Step Easy Pineapple Tutorial
Start by drawing a large oval shape right in the middle of your page for the body of the pineapple.

Draw straight diagonal lines all the way across the oval, sloping in one direction.

Draw more straight diagonal lines sloping the opposite way. This creates a perfect diamond pattern across the pineapple!

Draw tiny spikes all around the outside edge of the oval to give it that bumpy pineapple texture.

Draw a tiny ‘V’ shape inside every single diamond you created earlier.

Draw three tall, pointy leaves sticking straight up from the top of the pineapple.

Draw three more leaves sticking out sideways from the top. Let them droop down just a little bit.

Draw two cute eyes and a small smile near the bottom of the pineapple. Ignore the lines going through the face for now!

Color your pineapple bright yellow and the spiky leaves bright green. Give the cute face some pink cheeks.

Diamond Grid: Keep the two sets of diagonal lines evenly spaced so the diamond pattern looks neat and consistent!
Droopy Leaves: Letting the side leaves droop slightly down adds a lot of charm and makes the pineapple look extra cute.
